These Terms of Use govern your use of AeroNyra, a private, serverless messaging application operated by DORMEUSAPPS LLC. AeroNyra is free to use and requires no account.
AeroNyra is provided for private personal communication. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the messages, media, and calls you send, and for using the app lawfully and respectfully.
AeroNyra has no accounts and no servers. It does not require registration, a phone number, or an email address. Because there is no server in the middle, DORMEUSAPPS LLC does not operate, monitor, moderate, or have any visibility into your conversations.
Your cryptographic identity and all of your data live only on your device. There is no cloud backup and no account recovery. If you delete the app, or lose or reset your device, your identity and data are gone permanently and cannot be restored by you or by us. You are solely responsible for the security of your device (your passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption) and for any backups you choose to maintain through your device's own mechanisms.
All data you create in AeroNyra is stored locally on your device and travels only end-to-end encrypted to the people you contact. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover, produce, or disclose it, because we never receive it.
AeroNyra is free and open-source software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL). You are free to use, study, modify, and share the software in accordance with the terms of that license. The AeroNyra name and branding remain the property of DORMEUSAPPS LLC.
You agree not to use AeroNyra to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others, or for any unlawful purpose. Because the app is serverless and private by design, enforcement of acceptable use rests with you; DORMEUSAPPS LLC has no ability to see or act on the content of communications.
AeroNyra is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Message delivery over Bluetooth and relays depends on conditions outside our control and is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DORMEUSAPPS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost, undelivered, or unrecoverable messages or data, or the permanent loss of your identity resulting from device loss or app deletion.
You may stop using AeroNyra at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
